Description: Quetrupillan is a 2-night, 3-day trek taking you to remote areas, off-the-beaten track.

Itinerary: Day 1—Trek 6-8 hrs. from Palguin to Laguna Azul—one of the most beautiful lakes in the region—at the base of Quetrupillan volcano to camp. If time and weather permit we can trek to the top of the volcano. 

Day 2—After breakfast the trek continues through Villarrica National Park for another 6-8 hours to arrive at one of the glaciers. Camp. Day 3—Come down from the National Park to where a traditional Chilean BBQ will be waiting for you.

• Location: Only 38 km from Pucón.
• Minimum # of people required: 4
• Season: November until the first snow, (around late April)
• Includes: Horses to carry your gear, equipment, food, porters, professional bilingual guide (English and Spanish), transport, National Park entrance, 2-person tents.
• Bring: sleeping bag (which you can rent in Pucón), personal belongings, hiking boots, layered clothing, sun protection, hat, personal snacks.
